A Day Later, A Muscle Sorer

It’s been two days since the half-marathon, and I am STILL wiped out.  Yesterday, I was wonderfully worthless.  I did laundry, and got the mail.  That’s it!   B ran errands for a few hours, then came home to chill out before picking up the munchkin from daycare.  Sweet.
The ice bath definitely helped with the overall soreness, and I was able to move a bit better than I was expecting.  Still, I am wiped out!  I’m going to take a few days off, and then start running again, but with short runs.  Two to the miles max, with lots of water.  We’ll see how it goes.
